MyOregonState provides information about your pay, including earnings history, deductions, tax information (including changing your tax deductions), address changes and direct deposit information. This information requires registration for Duo, OSU’s two-step login authentication.
When hired, OSU Human Resources will send an email with your OSU ID number and directions for setting up your “ONID” account. If you have previously signed in and have forgotten your password or username, click “Need Help” on the login screen to be directed to a guide for trouble shooting.
OSU ID Number
Your instructor ID number is independent from your OSU ID number. If you have misplaced your original email from OSU containing your OSU ID Number, it can be found on your Instructor Zone Profile. To find this number, log in to your Dashboard and select Profile>Update from the top of the page. The update page will list your contact information. Your OSU ID Number can be found under the “Agency ID” field. This is a 9 digit ID beginning with “93.”
Employment Verification
OSU provides online Employment Verification. If you are applying for a loan or for any reason need your employment verified, the online method is recommended. Team Oregon cannot verify your employment. We can relay your request to OSU Human Resources, whose staff process requests manually. Note the system requires your OSU ID number, not your instructor ID.
